The success rate is displayed in your dialogue and is based on the size of your bribe relative to the amount of Silver they have. It is less expensive to Bribe someone who has little to no Silver.

- Summon your Noble in the desired location
- Tap on them and tap "Interact"
- Tap on your target Noble
- Greet
- Charm
- Bribe
- Then choose the amount and tap "Offer Bribe"
Any Silver you use to Bribe with is NOT given to the other player, it is consumed.
