Increased the number of Graveborn and Cinderbone Army spawns in Non-Faction counties.
Removing level locks from all Gates.
Trade posts now appear correctly in the two World Capital Counties.
Resolved an issue that caused Tier 3 Capitals to incorrectly use Tier 2 bonuses.
Mysterious Mines now spawn in Osirkar and Oldicaos.

We have added Titan Honor and XP packs to both the Crown and Cornet stores so they are no longer just the preserve of the cash web store. Speaking of which... we have also added new $20 and $50 Titan build specials.
