Currently, Server Transfer is available for players at Keep level 9 or below. This is to help newer players join their friends on servers where they've already established their cities and Alliances.
Any new players first entering the game will be randomly placed on a server and receive a 'Shard Transfer Token'. To transfer to another server, simply follow the steps below:

- Tap on your Crest/Banner (top left of main screen)
- Go to Settings (top right)
- Tap "Account" (top middle)
- Tap "Transfer" (top right)
- Then you'll be able to see a list of all the available servers
- Choose your preferred server/shard and tap "Transfer"
TIP: While in the server list, you can use the search function on the top of your screen to search servers by name, in case you are interested in a specific one.
WARNING: Server/Shard transfer is only possible once per account, so try to use your token wisely.
