In Kingdom Maker, your Nobles can interact with any other Noble they have access to, including your own. Interactions can take place in your Keep, another player's Keep or even in a Trading post.
  • Tap on your Noble and select "Interact"
  • Pick a target you'd like them to interact with and tap "Greet"
  • A conversation with all the available options starts
All the available options in a conversation show the success rate of each respective action. Those rates are not always standard, they can vary from Noble to Noble based on their Talents, Traits and level. Success rates can also sometimes be improved through reasearch (Noble research tree).

Certain actions apply traits on your targets, enabling different follow-up actions as well, if successful.
